General Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years
• Must have an active Instagram account
• Must have a valid Saudi mobile number

2. How to Participate

•Follow the Deepal Saudi Arabia Instagram account: @deepal_ksa
• Design an image of a Deepal car using AI tools according to the announced theme
• Publish the image as a post on your account
• Mention and tag the Deepal account in the image: @deepal_ksa
• Use the hashtag: #ديبال_لو_الدرب_طال
• Register your details through the competition link to enter the draw: Competition Link
• Fill out the registration form with accurate and complete information
• Upload the image
• Verify your mobile number using the verification code sent via SMS
• You may participate only once per mobile number
• The submitted content must be appropriate, comply with regulations and Islamic values, and must not contain any scenes or expressions that violate public morals or Islamic law.

3. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly through a draw conducted by the Chamber of Commerce
• Winners will be announced on Deepal’s official Instagram account
• Winners will be contacted through the phone number registered in the form
• Winners must respond within 7 days, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected

4. Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Prizes cannot be substituted for other items
• DEEPAL is not responsible for any tax or customs fees related to prizes
• Prizes must be collected within the specified timeframe

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will only be used for competition purposes
• We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent
• You may request deletion of your data after the competition ends

6. Marketing Consent

• If you agree to receive marketing communications, we will send you information about our products and offers
• You can unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in messages
• Not consenting to marketing communications will not affect your chances of winning

7. Uploaded Images

•Uploaded images must be AI-generated
•By uploading an image, you grant Deepal the right to use it for promotional purposes
•Images must be appropriate and must not violate any intellectual property rights
•Deepal reserves the right to remove any inappropriate image

8. General Conditions

• DEEPAL reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time
• DEEPAL's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
